Why I built this

I've had the privilege of working for a number of different companies, from start-ups to enterprise, and have been in the fortunate position of having to grow teams — sometimes slower, more organic growth, and sometimes quicker scaling up. Over the span of my career, the number of people I've screened and/or interviewed must be fast approaching 1,000.

Lots of people turn up well prepared. They have researched the company, communicate in a structured and clear way, and can talk about their experience — however limited or extensive — with ease.

However, there is an unnecessarily high percentage of candidates who turn up without having done their research, for whatever reason. I built this app to help anyone venturing into the job market, whether new or experienced. It's mostly free, and comprises tips, guidance and advice that I know will help job seekers turn up fully prepared for an interview.

I hope you find the information useful, and that there are a few tips in there you didn't already know.
